Based in Lausanne, we work with SMEs across the entire Lake Geneva region and beyond. French-speaking Switzerland is a compact market: 90 minutes by train links Geneva to Fribourg, which allows real proximity without major geographical constraint.

For every project, we offer a free first meeting on site or by video call, depending on your preference. Travel to key milestones (kickoff, mid-project review, delivery) is included in our rates up to Neuchâtel and Fribourg. Beyond that, we discuss it openly.

How we work remotely

Physical distance is never a blocker when tools and method are solid. We work via video calls for weekly check-ins, Figma and Loom for async design reviews, Linear for project tracking, Slack or email for short exchanges. You have access to everything in real time.

Key moments ideally happen on site or, failing that, in a long video session. The kickoff, the mid-project review and the delivery are important milestones where alignment is built. If travel is not possible, we set up a 90-minute video call with shared screen review and written summary.

There should be no difference in quality between a client in Lausanne and one in Fribourg. The method is the same, the deliverables too. Only the logistics change, and we adapt them to your context.

Do you only work with clients based in Lausanne?

No. We are based in Lausanne but work with SMEs across the entire Lake Geneva region (Geneva, Morges, Nyon, Rolle, Vevey, Montreux) and beyond (Fribourg, Neuchâtel). On-site travel for key milestones is included in our rates up to Neuchâtel and Fribourg.

Is travel billed on top of the project price?

No, not up to Neuchâtel and Fribourg. Key meetings (kickoff, mid-project, delivery) are included in our rates. Beyond that zone (German-speaking Switzerland, neighbouring France, abroad), we discuss it openly at quote time.

Can we do the whole project remotely, without a physical meeting?

Yes, and it is increasingly common. Some clients prefer 100% remote to save time. In that case, we run long video sessions at key steps with shared screen review and written summary. Project quality does not suffer.

Do you accept projects outside French-speaking Switzerland?

Yes, under certain conditions. For German-speaking Switzerland and neighbouring France, we accept via video or with travel to discuss depending on scope. For English-speaking international projects, we regularly work with clients outside Switzerland entirely remotely.

How does a first on-site meeting actually go?

A free first call of 30 to 60 minutes, at your office or in a café, with no commitment or sales pressure. We talk about your project, your constraints, your goals, and we give you a realistic price range that same day or within 48 hours in writing.

Do you also serve Neuchâtel, Biel, Sion or Montreux?

Yes. This page lists the six areas where we have the most activity or demand, but we serve all of French-speaking Switzerland. Neuchâtel, Montreux, Sion, Martigny, Biel (French side), Yverdon: get in touch, we will discuss travel case by case.
